Thanks for your feedback!

January 18th, 2009 · No Comments

Since November 2008 we’ve been running an online survey at urbArAmA. The survey follows the recomendations of Web Analytics expert Avinash Kaushik and is powered for free by iPerceptions.

The survey has only 4 questions although it’s perhaps a little bit too intrusive. We think that’s a small price we have to pay to get a precious feedback about urbArAmA. Thanks to those of you who have taken some of your time to answer to our questions.

We’re pretty happy with the results and we’d like to share them with you.

In first place, we seem we’re doing a decent job, urbArAmA gets 64 points our of  100 on the Satisfaction Score

4q1

The completion rate seems to improve over time and its currently on 84%

4q2

These are the reasons why users come to urArAmA

4q3

While asked about what they value most / less about the site people value most the ease-of-use, the world coverage and the fact that participation is open to anyone. On the contrary people would like to have more level of detail of every project, with more pictures and description text. They would like to see more projects too.

We’re currently working in the next version of urbArAmA and plan to address some of the issues raised here. Thanks for your patience, we hope we’ll be able to improve these figures after the release of the new version.
